Q: Where is The Club at DFW located?
A: At the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (Dallas, TX, USA) Terminal D (International Terminal). Airside – adjacent to gate D22. After clearing security or arriving in Terminal D via Skylink, follow the signs for “Airline Clubs”. Proceed through the double glass doors marked "Airline Clubs" next to gate D22 and take the elevator to the 5th floor.

Q: What are the days and hours of operation?
A: The Club is open 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm.

Q: How does an individual gain access to the airport lounge?
A: There are several different ways to gain access to The Club at DFW:
1) Purchase a membership to the Club at DFW 2) Purchase a day pass 3) Surrender a pre-paid voucher at time of entry 4) Present you Priority Pass black and gold membership card. 5) Redeem a discounted coupon. Click here for more infmormation.

Q: What is the procedure when a Club member, accompanied by their spouse who is also a member, visits the lounge together?
A: Each individual with a Club membership must show their own membership card. If only one card is presented then the accompanying individual will be noted as a guest.

Q: I've misplaced my membership card, how can I get a replacement?
A: It is mandatory that members have their membership card with them to gain access to The Club. They must contact The Club office to receive a replacement card before they can visit The Club at 877-535-0259 or 972-535-0259.

Q: How do I pay for accompanying guest visits?
A: At the time of the visit, The Club at DFW membership card will be swiped and the accompanying guest(s) count will be entered by the lounge staff. Guest visits can be charged to the same card of the member or to a separate credit card entirely.

Q: Is there a charge for accompanying guests?
A: Yes. There is a per person charge for anyone accompanying a member to The Club at DFW. That charge is the same as the per visit charge for members at $25.

Q: Am I limited to the number of guest that I can bring to The Club at DFW?
A: There is no preset limit on the number of guests you bring with you. Rather, entry into the lounge will be limited based on occupancy. In addition, there is a charge for each guest that accompanies you regardless of age of accompanying guest.

Q: Does the lounge provide any refreshments?
A: Complimentary refreshments are available to all guests and include light snacks, bottled water, juices, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. In addition, individuals can pick up food from one of the dining establishments within Terminal D and bring it with them into the lounge.

Q: What facilities are available at the lounge?
A: In addition to a relaxing and peaceful environment, The Club at DFW provides guests with an opportunity to check their email, using the desktop PCs in the business center. Guests can also utilize their own laptop computers throughout the lounge for free if they're a T-mobile Wi-Fi service subscriber. Other guests can use the same service for a nominal hourly or daily fee through T-mobile.
Shower facilities and conference/meeting rooms are also available. Conference facilities are fully equipped to meet your meeting needs.

Q: Can I reserve the conference room for a meeting?

A: Yes. In fact, it is recommended that use of the conference rooms be booked in advance of your arrival at The Club to ensure availability. To reserve a conference room, call The Club at DFW at Toll free: 877-535-0259 or Local: 972-535-0259. The conference room rental charge is $65/hour.

Q: Is smoking allowed within the lounge?
A: There is a separate lounge within The Club at DFW where smoking is allowed. Guests can also watch TV and select from a number of magazines while visiting this area.
